How
the verilux TRAVEL LIGHT saved my life.....
a short story by jamie.
When the electricity went out last week, all of us were still at the
store. We decided to wait out the potential traffic and confusion
in the safety of the store. I was frantic, looking for candles, a
flashlight... anything! We had one pack of birthday candles which
Michelle kept lighting one by one... AND the verilux travel light.
Yay, yay yay!!!!
We keep it plugged in at the store, and because it's rechargable,
it had a 3-4 hour battery life that made it possible to go to the
WINDOWLESS, PITCH DARK bathroom, and down the exceedingly dark stairwell
to our cars. I was tempted to bead, but......
I love you travel light... thanks for being
there for us when the power went out!
Here's
a few more reasons why I LOVE this light:
You can take it to a bead party, overnighter, or bead class and no
need to squint or strain your eyes! It's a wonderful supplement (not
a replacement) for regular lighting.
It's LED lights, so you never need to replace the bulbs.
There is no heat emanating from the bulbs, so you can put your head
and hands right up next to it, when you are trying to find those teeny
bead holes.
It's so lightweight and small, you can perch it anywhere you want
to bead or read. When it's flipped closed, it's only as tall as the
tip of my thumb to my pinky!
